They texted when it was being delivered, and were nice enough to change the note last minute. We purchased an arrangement for our real estate agent, to be delivered to her office. It was the end of the business day so I checked if the flowers had been delivered. They hadn't delivered them to the office yet, so I ask asked the florist to call her and deliver to her home.
They did not hesitate to do that. She loved her arrangement, and we were very happy with the service! The florist also sent me pictures of the arrangement! I definitely recommend this florist! My mom loved her flowers and could not stop raving about the delicious strawberries! The gift box was even more beautiful than the photos online. I ordered these from across the country and was worried about delivery timing, but Hani's Flower Design was super accommodating throughout the whole process.
Got photos and text updates upon delivery as well. Amazing experience all around. Must say that it has been the first flower boutique that has delivered a flower arrangement or flower art at its best as pictured.
