Both times, Lydia was very gracious, professional and sensitive to our needs.
The first order was easy in that the arrangement we wanted was posted on her website and we just ordered from there.
The second arrangement was not as easy because we wanted specific colors and specific types of flowers and we needed it to be reasonably priced.
She knew exactly what to recommend, described the perfect arrangement after she asked me a few questions, and helped ease my concerns because this was such a sentimental decision.
