From it's beginning in 1998, SPRUCE has quickly become one of Los Angels & New York's top Flower Shops receiving attention and acclaim from The N.Y.Times & Vanity Fair. The customer service and communication was on point. I originally typed in the wrong address and color flower in my order, they were able to change it to the correct address and even went and got the flower color I wanted.
Then to make sure it still go there on time they delivered it late in the night around 9pm so it still got there the same day. Mary who helped me on the phone personally delivered the flowers and spoke to my girl about how to take care of the flowers and then gave me her cell phone numebr and i have been texting her asking questions. 10/10 expeirence already ordering more stuff from them.
