I had two issues after I placed my order on Sunday night -- I needed to change the delivery date and I found another arrangement I liked better. I called the florist Monday AM and the lady I spoke to handled both issues. Wonderful! Delivered on Friday and also delivered the second choice arrangement.
The recipient was thrilled and the flowers were beautiful. I have used Petals & Blooms Buckley several times and have been pleased all the way around! Lovely lush bouquet and my sister and her husband really appreciated it, and the prompt delivery. The flowers were for my husband's mother for Mother's Day.
