Owner, Vanessa Burns purchased the Flower Kiosk in the Spring of 2017, fulfilling the dream of owning her favorite flower shop. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your arrangement, please contact us to request a replacement bouquet, a refund, or in-store credit within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We do require a photo be taken of the order and sent to us for quality purposes.
Proper care of the flowers must be practiced such as keeping them well watered and away from heat sources in order to receive full refund or replacement.

We at the Flower Kiosk will do our best to fulfill your online order within 24 hours of receiving it, excluding Sundays and given product availability in shop.
