The flowers were beautiful. Their customer service was very good. They didn't have exactly what I ordered but called to arrange something that was just as beautiful. Hats off to them! Easy to order beautiful, and unique selections. They actually called to confirm the delivery address! The flowers were delivered in a timely fashion and looked just as beautiful as the picture.
I will be using this florist again! Not only were amazing flowers delivered in one day for me but the staff went above and beyond and took care of an address error (my mistake). My friend that received the flowers sent me a message "umm amazing flowers". I am correcting a previous 3-star review. The owner actually called me to learn precisely why I gave that score.
That is a FIRST for me and indicates real desire to provide excellent product and service. Turns out I really didn't understand how young "succulents" appear. I will use vavabloom in future for all my local area florals. Thank you Robin for being a pleasure to do business with.
