Phoned in an order today for same-day delivery, and it was very easy to go through the process -- taking recommendations from the florist about the particular arrangement most appropriate for this occasion (sympathy) and accommodating our request for including a specific flower type (sunflower) and making it colorful.
They also helped suggest the best wording for the card as well.
After confirmation/receipt, there was a spelling correction needed for the recipient and Elizabeth was able to successfully intercept/reprint the card before final delivery was made.
