I received excellent service in the context of asking for a custom bouquet. They asked about my preferences, provided excellent suggestions, and delivered a truly a beautiful bouquet on time. They provided the best customer service experience I've ever encountered with a florist! They were very helpful when I asked to take pictures and let me know when they would drop the flowers off would text me.
Sera very helpful and nice I will call them again. Aside from only having only the purple flowers, I guess I am OK with the choice. When I spoke with the lady on the phone she suggested that for the $120 there would be white and purple orchids.
