I didn't have the full address on my order. I called and within a couple of minutes the driver had been contacted and the delivery went perfectly! Thank you Oakbrook! I ordered online late on a Sunday evening for a delivery for a friend who was starting a new job the next day. I looked online for a shop that delivered to the area I was looking for so I knew nothing about this shop prior to this experience.
The delivery was there by 8am. It was so appreciated! The arrangement is unique and classy. I am pleased with the product and entire experience. The flowers turned out very pretty, but definitely looked a lot different than the Stargazer Garden that I ordered. I know that the flowers won't always look exactly like the photo, but it was way different with roses, daisies etc rather than the focus on stargazers and lilies.
Would order again with this florist, but maybe only by picking it up in person to make sure it's the correct order. I've ordered through Oakbrook since late 2019 and every arrangement has made my girlfriend smile.
